How to eat a cannibal
 

Its a joke... of course.. Why would anybody want to eat a cannibal?

But still, its a joke that trigger the imagination! How do you get hold of a cannibal? What kind of strange adventures would you have to endure, before you could even get close to one? Would the cannibal accept to become one of your meals? Hmmm!  It seems like a impossible and unpleasant quest. Its unrealistic, and for this reason its also possible to joke about and write a cookbook about.

I don't doubt a minute, that It would be a very good adventure to visit the indigenous tribes on Borneo, Sulawesi or New Guinea, and I would actually love to make some TV adventure shows, about such a quest.

We could invite some of the best chefs in the world to participate. We will take them one at a time, bring them fare into the jungle, and let them stay with the tribes for a week or two, of course it must be the tribes which can tell us stories about older days when they were headhunters, in order to create the right atmosphere. The chef,  and the team i general must learn how to prepare food the "Cannibal" way, they must learn about the herbs, the meat,  the vegetables, insects etc. and collect a sufficient amount, to bring back home.

The next assignment is, for the chef, to create a modern fusion kitchen, a mix between what he learned in the jungle and a modern kitchen. He must use at least 50% of what he has collected in the jungle and he must use at least 2 of  the methods of indigenous preparation of the food.

Next he has to serve the dishes for a panel of 6 of the worlds best food critics. They will judge him on different accounts, like appearance, originality, flavor, and how much of the original products there has been incorporated in the dishes.

He will compete against 3 other chefs.

Ohh, yes ! it could be an interesting project... maybe it becomes reality! Who know, so fare I have sent the proposal to Discovery Europe.
