In-flight Locator
 

This project was an offspring from another projects, A city mapping system.

I tried to get the airliners to accept the idea about having a interactive city promotion system on the small screens. A map over the destination city, as entrance to all kinds of information about the city.

I had discussions with the main producer of the screens, MATSUSHITA, who are making 60% of all the on-board entertainment systems around the world, and almost 90% in SE-Asia.

We didn't manage to generate enough sincere interest and  the project is now idle, but not Dead.
